Terms and Conditions

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (“the Player”) and cashycasinos.com, managed by Gareton B.V., registered in Curaçao (Landhuis Zuikertuin, Zuikertuintjeweg z/n, Willemstad, Curaçao) and licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under license OGL. By registering, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms; if you disagree with any provision, you must not use the Website. Cashy may amend these Terms at its discretion and will notify players of material changes within a reasonable time; continued use requires your consent to the updated Terms, and if consent is withheld your outstanding balance will be returned. The current English version prevails over any translation in the event of a dispute. If any provision is found void by a court, the remaining Terms stay in effect. By accepting these Terms you also agree to the Privacy Policy, Bonus Terms and Conditions, and Responsible Gaming Policy.

By accepting these Terms you acknowledge that gambling may lead to financial loss and that Cashy is not liable for any resulting damage. Where a wager or payment has been confirmed in error, Cashy may cancel the wager and revert the account, or re-settle it at the terms that should have applied. Cashy may reject or limit wagers, which cannot exceed a player’s account balance. Players must behave courteously toward one another. Cashy may require additional verification for suspicious or fraudulent transactions. You confirm that all information you provide is true and complete and agree to update it immediately if it changes. You must not engage in collusion, fixing, software-assisted play, or other unlawful activity; Cashy may invalidate any wager involved in such conduct. You acknowledge that cryptocurrency values may fluctuate significantly. You may only fund your account using payment methods that belong to you personally; where a violation is found, winnings will be confiscated and the original deposit returned to the account owner, with Cashy not responsible for funds lost from third-party accounts.

You use the Website and participate in the Games entirely at your own risk; the Website and Games are provided without warranty of any kind. Cashy disclaims liability for hardware or software malfunctions, internet interruptions, or other technical issues affecting access or gameplay, and does not warrant that the software or site is fit for purpose, error-free, or uninterrupted. Cashy, its directors, employees, partners and service providers are not liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website, and you agree to indemnify them against related claims. Where Cashy has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach, it may suspend or close your account, withhold winnings, and apply your funds against any damages owed.

Cashy accepts players only from jurisdictions where online gambling is legally permitted, and it is your sole responsibility to confirm that participating complies with your local laws before depositing real money. Cashy may verify your identity via KYC; where a breach of this Restricted Countries Policy is identified, Cashy cannot guarantee successful processing of withdrawals or refunds, though reasonable measures will be applied to remit funds. You confirm that you understand the rules of the games you play and accept responsibility for familiarising yourself with each game’s theoretical payout percentage. KYC verification confirms that the account holder is a real person, that deposited funds are legitimate and belong to them, and that released funds reach the correct destination. Cashy typically requires a government-issued photo ID showing full name, date of birth and issuance/expiry dates; a document confirming the payment made to Cashy, showing the sum, account holder name and date; and a proof of address no older than 90 days showing your name and residence. Cashy may request further documentation at its discretion, even after verification is complete, including where an existing document has expired or your address has changed. Failure to provide requested documentation prevents payment of winnings; Cashy will make reasonable attempts to contact you, and continued refusal or lack of response may lead to account suspension and closure, with any balance owed paid once the required documentation is provided. Funds confirmed to have been obtained illegitimately, or through a breach of these Terms, will be retained by Cashy.

You may only participate in Games with sufficient funds on your account; Cashy extends no credit. Cashy may credit bonuses under terms set out separately in the Bonus Terms and Conditions; where an account holds both real-money and bonus funds, bonus funds become wagerable only after real-money funds are exhausted, and withdrawing your main deposit before meeting the bonus wagering requirement forfeits the bonus and any related winnings. You may opt out of promotional emails, though Cashy may still send essential account-related communications. Cashy is not a financial institution and account balances do not accrue interest.

Deposits must come from wallets or accounts you personally own; the maximum deposit depends on the chosen payment method. Deposits are credited within a reasonable time once confirmed, and prior deposits must be confirmed before a withdrawal can be made. Cashy may request additional identity verification for deposits, including a selfie with a document. Fraudulent documentation may result in confiscation of deposits and winnings. The name on any payment method used must match the name on your account. Card deposits may show in EUR or USD on your statement, with possible bank conversion fees. Crypto deposits must meet the posted minimum for that currency, or they cannot be processed or returned. Funds mistakenly sent to the wrong cryptocurrency network are not recoverable by Cashy unless the amount exceeds $5,000, in which case a 0.1 BTC recovery fee applies, with no guarantee of success; such errors must be reported within 7 days.

Cashy aims to process withdrawals within around an hour, though some may take longer depending on method. Funds credited in error remain Cashy’s property and will be deducted from your balance, or owed as a debt if already withdrawn. Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before becoming eligible for withdrawal, in line with anti-money-laundering practice. Cashy may request further verification during withdrawal processing, including ID, utility bills or the cards used to deposit. Certain payout methods (OCT via Visa, Payment Transfer via Mastercard, bank transfer) carry their own eligibility rules, currency conventions and processing windows of roughly 3–10 banking days for bank transfers, with possible bank conversion fees. Significant wins may require additional verification with the relevant game provider, extending processing time. Cashy has zero tolerance for advantage play, including use of stolen cards, chargebacks, duplicate accounts, false registration data, forged documents, or other conduct that damages the Casino; bonuses and related winnings will be voided and access barred indefinitely where this is detected. Cashy may void a wager in full or in part where an outcome has been unlawfully influenced, rules have been circumvented, criminal activity affected an event, a technical fault led to wagers being placed or accepted, or a deposit’s network fee is flagged as insufficient and deemed fraudulent. Cashy will retain payments and may pursue criminal charges where systems have been manipulated, and may restore affected games or events to a pre-violation state. Players must report any software error or incompleteness rather than exploit it; failure to do so may result in liability for related costs. As an anti-money-laundering measure, deposits must be wagered at least once before becoming withdrawable. Bonus abuse aimed at securing a guaranteed positive return — such as delaying rounds or free spins to avoid wagering requirements, or depositing while holding unused bonus features — results in immediate confiscation of winnings and account closure, with withdrawals withheld.

Use of the Website grants no interest in any intellectual property — including copyright, know-how or trademarks — owned by Cashy or any third party. No right is granted to use or reproduce any trade names, trademarks or logos appearing on the Website except as specifically permitted.

Cashy reserves the right to assign or otherwise lawfully transfer this Agreement. You may not assign or transfer this Agreement.

An account with no login activity for six consecutive months becomes dormant. Cashy may charge a monthly administrative fee of at least €5 (or the equivalent) against a positive balance, starting the month after dormancy begins, of which you’ll be notified by email. The fee stops once the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero.

Players may raise complaints through customer service; unresolved cases are escalated within the organisation and you’ll be kept reasonably informed of progress. In any dispute, Cashy’s server records — not what appears on your screen — serve as the final authority on results and participation terms. Cashy will contact you regarding a dispute using the contact details on your account. Only the account holder may raise a complaint; it cannot be assigned or handed to a third party, and Cashy will dismiss any complaint pursued by someone other than the account owner. If you’re not satisfied with Cashy’s resolution, you may escalate to the licensing authority or request review by a designated gambling dispute resolution (ADR) service.

Any claim or cause of action arising from these Terms or Cashy’s services must be filed within six months of it arising.

You may not assign, pledge or transfer ownership of any claim arising from these Terms, your use of the Website, or participation in the Games, without Cashy’s consent. This non-transferability clause (per article 83(2), book 3 of the Curaçao Civil Code) covers accounts, winnings, deposits, bets and related rights or claims, and prohibits their encumbrance, pledging, assignment, trading or gifting to any third party in any form.

All disputes between you and Cashy (including successors in title) arising from these Terms or related agreements shall be settled exclusively by arbitration in Curaçao, in accordance with Curaçao Civil Procedure Rules.
