Bonus Terms and Conditions

The Cashy VIP Club is a loyalty program available to eligible players. To participate, you must register an account and make at least one successful deposit of $10 or more (or the currency equivalent). The program is limited to one account per player — duplicate or linked accounts are not permitted and may result in disqualification. It operates in USD, with wagering and rewards calculated on a USD-equivalent basis.

The VIP Club comprises 100 levels grouped into 10 tiers, from Level 1 (Bronze) to Level 100 (Diamond). Progress is determined by real-money wagering, with higher levels requiring greater turnover. Once attained, a level is permanent and will not reset or downgrade due to inactivity. All rewards are credited as cash, with no wagering requirements and no cashout limits, and are issued to the “My Rewards” section — they must be claimed within seven (7) days of being granted, after which unclaimed rewards expire and cannot be reinstated.

Accounts under self-exclusion, cooling-off, or closure are not eligible to receive rewards. Any abuse, exploitation, or manipulation of the VIP Club — including bonus abuse, multi-accounting, fraud, or conduct Cashy deems unfair — is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification and removal from the program. Cashy may revoke VIP status, withhold rewards, or take further action against a violating account, and may adjust a player’s VIP level in the event of a miscalculation. Cashy may amend, update or discontinue any aspect of the VIP Club — including its structure, benefits or terms — at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Cashy may, at its sole discretion, grant cash bonuses to players from time to time. Cash bonuses are paid as real money with no wagering requirements, and there is no cap on winnings or withdrawals obtained from them. For withdrawals related to cash bonuses, Cashy reserves the right to request KYC verification, with the specific documents required varying by payment or deposit method used. Cashy may, at its sole discretion, grant the first deposit bonus to players. Players residing in Finland (FI) are not eligible; if the bonus is credited in error to such a player, Cashy reserves the right to remove it along with any derived winnings. Qualification requires a minimum deposit of $20 (or the currency equivalent) — deposits below this amount will not trigger the bonus.

While the bonus is active, bonus funds and any winnings from them are non-withdrawable until a wagering requirement of 40 times the bonus amount is completed, within 14 days of claiming the bonus. Games with progressive jackpots or accumulating prize/feature mechanics do not contribute to wagering. Table games, live dealer games, instant-win titles, lotteries and bingo generally contribute only 20% toward wagering (a $10 wager on Roulette contributes $2). The list of excluded or restricted games is dynamic and may change; a notification appears if a game is unavailable for bonus play, and players can contact support for clarification.

A player may withdraw deposited funds before completing wagering only by first cancelling the active bonus, which forfeits the bonus and all derived winnings; deposited funds are wagered before bonus funds. If a bonus expires or is cancelled, all associated bonus funds and winnings are forfeited. Until wagering is complete, the maximum bet while a bonus is active is 10 EUR/USD/CAD/AUD/NZD (or 100 NOK) — this limit also applies to double-up/gamble features and to purchasable bonus features such as bonus buys. Bets are deducted from the cash balance first; if no cash balance is available, bets are taken from the bonus balance.

Players may cancel an active bonus by contacting support, which forfeits both the bonus funds and any associated winnings. Deposited and bonus funds are linked until the wagering requirement is completed or the bonus is cancelled, and wagers from both contribute toward the requirement. Gameplay manipulation — such as initiating bonus features or Free Spins with bonus funds and completing them later with real money once the bonus has been lost, converted, or fully wagered — is strictly prohibited, and resulting winnings may be voided or confiscated. Minimal-risk betting strategies, such as betting on opposing outcomes in the same round or hand (e.g. red and black in Roulette, or player and banker in Baccarat), do not contribute to wagering and are not permitted.

Where a group of players is found using shared betting patterns connected by location, banking details, or IP address, Cashy may confiscate related bonus winnings and/or deposits at its sole discretion. If your balance falls below $0.10 (or the currency equivalent), the active bonus is automatically forfeited. The bonus is credited instantly on deposit; if you qualify but don’t receive it, you must contact support before starting gameplay — failure to do so results in forfeiture of eligibility, and the bonus will not be credited retroactively. All customer offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, phone number, payment account (such as a debit/credit card or Neteller), IP address, or shared device (such as a public library or workplace computer). Creating more than one account to claim bonuses is considered bonus abuse and results in confiscation of all related funds. Cashy may deny payments to players who claimed bonuses using disposable or temporary email addresses.

Cashy reserves the right to void any bonus or winnings obtained through fraudulent behaviour, a software or system bug or failure, or any activity Cashy, at its sole discretion, deems abusive (“Promotion Abuse”). All withdrawals are subject to internal audit, and irregularities may result in forfeiture of related bonuses and winnings. If you win an amount Cashy management deems worthy of publicity while playing at Cashy, you agree to participate in related promotional activities; your personal data remains protected, but Cashy may use your first name and last-initial in promotional materials or on the website.

All bonus- and promotion-related times and dates are stated in CET/CEST. In the event of any dispute, Cashy’s decision is final. Using a promo code for a promotion you’re not eligible for means neither the linked bonus nor any other bonus tied to the same deposit will be granted. Expired or cancelled bonuses cannot be reinstated. These Terms and Conditions are written in English; translations may be provided for convenience, but the current English version takes precedence in any dispute or inconsistency.
